It started in Detroit, back in 1972, when founder and president, Mike Rogers, began his first business—a shoe shine service—at the age of 7. This business led to other childhood ventures: lawn care, landscaping, driveway sealing, and anything else that could help save for college.

In 1988, Mike headed to Minnesota with a college degree, landed a position at a big Wall Street firm, and began advising clients on how to grow and protect their wealth.

In the fall of 1995, both of Mike’s parents were diagnosed with cancer. This life-changing event helped cultivate his life’s purpose: serve clients’ needs with the utmost respect and uphold their best interest.
